All Band students attending the Fiesta Bowl Trip must have their instruments in hard cases left in the bandroom on Monday December 8th, We are taking weights and measurements of instruments for our flight to Arizona.
PICKERINGTON CENTRAL BAND PARENTS & STUDENTS
There will be a meeting in the PERFORMING ARTS CENTER ON THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2014 AT 7:00 P.M. to review the Fiesta Bowl Trip. Parents and students please plan to attend. There will be information regarding travel, luggage and what the students should definitely take with them.
IDENTIFICATION FOR THE AIRLINE - IMPORTANT
For anyone under 16 a picture student ID will work for identification. Anyone 16 or older will use their Driver's License as identification. If a student is 16 and does not have a Driver's License, that student will have to go to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and get a State ID. No one will be able to board the plane without proper identification. If you have a question concerning identification please let me know.

for a Great effort all last weekend! The folks at Denison were so appreciative and wrote
us a very nice thank you for serving as their "house band" for their game! Thanks
to Cal and Laura Miller for having a cool son who made the team as a kicker AND
for all their assistance in pulling off our visit! You guys are simply THE BEST!
Playoff game and all the on field assistance was awesome..yes Mr. and Mrs. Sewell
are excited we are still in the playoffs....Go Tigers!...Sunday was just the icing on the
cake and So PROUD of the kids and all their hard work! Thanks to the Tarp Team
and their fearless leaders for adding the special effects and battling winds and cold. I have
heard back from so many people across the state this week and everyone enjoyed
the show - music, design, the guard & flag colors and our performance! Well Done....
Students ..if you haven't already...make sure to thank Mrs. Tennenbaum for our pizza party!

Purple Pants, Dark socks, Show shirt, White band shoes
Report time 10:30 a.m.
Bus Departs at 10:45 a.m.
Pregame is at 12:30/12:40 p.m. & Halftime 2:30pm Approx.
The band will be fed at the game by the Boosters third quarter.
Depart around 3:45 to 4 PM for Pickerington
Arrive back at 5:00 pm
Please remember Denison to Play Off game may be closer than timed but we want to have a TENTATIVE time flow to guide off of for families to follow.
