Here is the latest information for this weekend's events. We have attached a Map to Univ of Dayton. Instructions will follow below.
PLEASE consider car pooling and supporting the Marching Tigers! It sounds amazing on the field to hear all of your support right before we step off!
Thanks for all the hard work and concentration this week during rehearsals...we aren't done yet!!!
And yes....Mr. Sewell is EXCITED we made the playoffs!!! Gives us another chance to ROAR!!!
DIRECTIONS to Welcome Stadium
There are 3 ways you can travel to Welcome Stadium. Mr. McClelland and Mrs. Sewell (who grew up in that area) suggest you try I-70 WEST to RT 4 (South) - which will hook you into the stadium exit Edwin C. Moses Blvd.
You can also take I-70 West to the by pass south around WPAFB (then take St Rt 35 West (towards Eaton) and that will also hook you into 75 and the Welcome Stadium Exit.
You can take I-70 to I 75, then exit Edwiin C Moses Blvd and follow the stadium signs. This can take up to 1/2 longer if there is bad traffic or you get stuck behind school buses...because that is the way they send groups! You are all tech savy and can program into your phones or GPS for traveling! These are just options!!!!!
PRACTICE IN STADIUM FRIDAY NOV 8th
FYI from Nov 1st thru states
My apologies for not getting this out sooner BUT...I wanted to have the most accurate information to share and not have to send 4 or 5 emails as events/report times changed.
As always...band schedules are never inked in stone...I thank you in advance for your patience as we compete against weather, the time change, and facility usage in the next few weeks! States Week is upon us! Your students would love to see and hear you at state contest! A great time to car pool and come make some noise for the Marching Tigers!
Also the staff would like to thank all the concession volunteers, cookie parents, set up crew & nurses for all their hard work at our home games this fall! We can't do it without you. Special shout out to the Hernandez family! We appreciate all of you!
If you see Charlie Vansant..aka The golden voice of the Marching Tigers...please let him know how much we appreciate him donating his time to be our announcer. He does a FANTASTIC job and it is always great to have a former student represent us so well! Thanks Charlie!
