THANK YOU TO ALL for a GREAT Taping day!!!
A huge pat on the back to all of you who gave up your very busy Saturday morning to help us make a tape for the Rose Parade Application. You all were great…Mr. Kuebler says he has some great stuff to work with...it didn’t pour down rain on us…and you were done before noon.
PLEASE thank Jodie and all the parents who came to assist with uniforms….can’t do anything without them and everyone made the entire event run smoothly. Mr. Knapp enjoyed stopping traffic and Jordan Bloomster had an uplifting experience. THANKS!!
NBC4 Make a Difference Grant
Well…it was a nice run! The positive feedback, emails, and notes I have received regarding the band’s feature on Channel 4 has been GREAT! We gave it a great try, and ultimately science beat the arts…once again…..Mr. Howard and Mrs. Olmstead did a fantastic job organizing this effort and supporting us 100% through the process. Please remember to thank them…..and keep looking for Grants for us to apply for…we need those rain coats!!!

SPECIAL TAPING FOR 2015 ROSE PARADE APPLICATION
You will see some marching rehearsals and a filming date listed in the upcoming activities. These are very important rehearsals!
We are in the last stages of applying for the 2015 Rose Parade.
Due to some technical issues from the T of R end...several additional
requirements were just discovered and needed to make our application complete.
I understand everyone's busy schedules, but we need to get this done right!
There is a new request for video of the band marching in parade block
and turning a corner. We are not permitted to send previous footage of
our past appearances, or even anything from the Philadelphia Parade.
It must be a new recording in uniform.
We can do this.....but I need EVERYONE working together and marking
dates down! Remember...past band members and staff gave of their
time so that many of you could participate in the 2010 Parade...paying
forward helps everyone.....Please read and mark the dates carefully!
